CT-191A / CT-191M 45° Flaring Tools for Wholesale Orders
CT-191 flaring tools: order by tube outside diameter
CT-191A and CT-191M are two catalogue configurations of a 45-degree flaring tool. For distributors assembling a regional tool range, the order should identify the version and the exact tube sizes customers use.

| Configuration | Listed tube sizes |
|---|---|
| CT-191A — inch | 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 and 5/8 inch |
| CT-191M — metric | 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm |
Sample approval before a mixed order
Provide the tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness and mating fitting specification. Confirm the required flare form before selecting this model: the 45-degree designation does not establish suitability for 37-degree fittings, double flares or bubble flares.
During sample review, check the supplied size markings against the order, assess tube grip on the intended tubing and have the finished flare evaluated against the fitting requirements. Agree acceptance criteria before bulk approval; catalogue dimensions alone do not validate an installation.
Packing and order terms
Catalogue reference: 20 pieces per carton; gross/net weight 17/16 kg; carton dimensions 34 × 26.5 × 25 cm. Confirm final packing for customized orders.
MOQ is 500 pieces. Mixed orders are available, with model allocation confirmed in the quotation. Samples are charged; sample freight is refunded after an order is placed. Typical lead time is 15–45 days, subject to the confirmed order.
