Step 1 — Send your drawing or spec

Email us your 2D/3D drawing, or a written spec: product type, material, finish, quantity, target market.

Step 2 — Quote in 24 hours

Our sales team replies within 24 hours with DFM feedback, unit price, tooling cost, and lead time.

Step 3 — Sample in 7–15 days

We make a sample against your drawing, run in-house QC, and ship it to you for approval.

Step 4 — Sample approval & PO

You approve the sample, then we sign a PO and lock the production schedule.

Step 5 — Mass production & QC

Mass production with drawings-based QC. 1-year warranty against defects.

Step 6 — Shipping & after-sales

Sea, air, or courier shipping with full export documentation. Dedicated account manager.
